Q: Do I pay for the postage for sending my phone?
A: No, we pay it for you. Simply use the FREEPOST address we would have provided to send your phone(s) to us. Unfortunately, we do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of phones. We recommend that you send any high value units via registered post to ensure successful delivery.
Q: What if my phone is not on your price list?
A: Our website contains more than 500 different models from different manufacturers, however if you still could not find yours, please email us or give us a call for more information. Go to contact us
Q: How and when do I get paid?
A: We will send you a cheque within 48 hours once we have received and checked your phone. It is that quick and simple.
Q: What do I need to send with the handset?
A: We just need functioning handsets with their battery, if you have the other accessories such as chargers, manuals, hands free sets etc., please do send them along with your phones as everything can be re-used / recycled.
Q: What if the phone is barred or stolen?
A: We do not accept barred or stolen phones. Phones received will be checked via CheckMEND, a crime protection database, to ensure that they are not barred or registered stolen
